Outstanding Programs

College and University Accredited Programs
Each year, the NKBA Academic Relations Department collects two student work submissions from each NKBA Accredited Program. In even years, bath work samples are collected and during odd years, kitchen work samples are collected. Student work samples include a floor plan, elevation, construction plan, and mechanical plan based on this year's NKBA Student Design Competition sponsored by American Woodmark Corporation and Sub-Zero Freezer Company. The work samples are scored by a professional noting compliance of the NKBA Planning Guidelines and the adherence to NKBA Graphic and Presentation Standards.
