Cancellation Policy: NKBA must receive cancellation notification ten business days prior to the course to honor a full refund. Registrants will receive a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee if notification is received by NKBA 3 - 9 days prior to the start of class, and a $75 cancellation fee if notification is receive 2 or less business days prior to the start of class. Registrants who fail to attend a course or who do not cancel within policy deadlines will be fully charged.

Return policy: NKBA items may be returned within a 30-day period, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition.
